JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process: Eric: I was first held at the downtown
Riverside Jail, Robert Presley
Detention Center. I then was
transferred to Banning. The pre-
sentencing was done in a
professional manner. Because I was
arrested in a Friday night u was not
seen until Wednesday. Sentencing
further delayed because my ex-wife
wanted to make a statement.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested. Eric: I was arrested when I violated a
restraining order when I went to try
to see my son arty my ex-wife's
apartment. I knocked on the door
did not receive any answer from her.

and fast. My only complaint is that
I wish I had more opportunities to
