Interview with Jamie and Karina

JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Jamie: I had alot of headaches and had to wait in line to get two tylenol just about every day. I have severe allergies and had no access to medication,although they did provide a basic check-up and allergies are not life threatening
Karina: Yes you could kite for medidcine if you had a headache

JM: How did you get your medications?
Jamie: Waited in line. Once a day the nurse would come and you could take two tylenol
Karina: The officer would give them to you and you had to take them when they said it was time to take them

JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Jamie: Usually the person was dragged to b-max for a few days in there.Sometimes if the person was already sentenced they would set a court date and add more time to their sentence
Karina: I would see girls having to leave to adiffernt place where theyre wasnt so much freedom it was more locked down
