Interview with Tom and Odessa

JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time?
Tom: none
Odessa: we had church 2 times a week for one hr yard 2 times a week for one hour, na 1 time for an hour na 1 time for one hr but you could also get jobs wich keep you out for hours at a time day or night. and visits 3 times a week 30 min.s

JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details.
Tom: it was all there
Odessa: we had tvs in our housing areas witch we had basic cable and could also request a movie from time to time. they had a couple board games like chess or checkers and we had access to cards plus made dice from time witch would be taken in raids when they came in to search.

JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail?
Tom: no thats all there is to do
Odessa: yes being a women we hardly ever did much so gaining weight was defently a issue for us every time.

JM: How often did you get to go outside? What did you do outside if you were allowed to? If you were not allowed to go outside what could you do for exercise?
Tom: once a week
Odessa: we would go out 2 times a week for a hour time limit, we would walk jog or just enjoy the fresh air and sun

JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held?
Tom: yes
Odessa: yes church was sunday and wensdays for a hour at a time, we looked forward to church and people from the free world.
