Interview with Katie and Angel

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Katie: Twice a week Tuesday and Saturday for 15 minutes. Not enough time.
Angel: Twice a week Tuesdays and Saturdays for fiftten minutes. I only had visits on Saturdays because my family lived so far away.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Katie: Sometimes yes sometimes no.
Angel: Depends on How many people are getting visits, but mostly no.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Katie: It was horrible. Loud and sometimes you counldn't hear on the phones they provide and they made family and visitors feel like criminals.
Angel: It's horrible. Most of the time you can't hear the phones make a static all the time. Fifteen minutes is not enough time.
