Interview with Mr. Guero

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Mr. Guero: We would get three hot meals a day.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Mr. Guero: The maels were decent I maean there were some meals you would skip and eat out of your box make your own meal, For the most part the meals were decent Alot better than other joints were there are alot more inmates it seems the less amoiunt of inmates the better the food.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Mr. Guero: Yes hamburgers and pizza night were usually the best ones and pancakes were usually pretty good also the chicken was good...

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Mr. Guero: The store had some good stuff to pick from almost always you would make top ramen noodles and add stuff like roast beef, jalepenos, rice, refried beans, and put them on flour tortillas and that would be about the best meal you could make.
