Interview with Joseph

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Joseph: You got three a day.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Joseph: All the food was machanicly seperated chicken.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Joseph: I did like the hamburgers when they were served but other than that all the food was the same.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Joseph: Only Commissary and it was pretty expensive. For example honey buns cost you a dollar and rommin noodles were .95 cents.
