Interview with Joseph
JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Joseph: After I was arrested I spend four days in county till I was sent to
court. After I saw the judge I was denied bond and ordered to sit in
county until my next court date which would not be for another
three months.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Joseph: The police did stop by to serve me my warent.
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Joseph: Court was weird the first time because it was only inmates in the
court the second time was normal.
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Joseph: Sales of a narcotic, Possion of a controled substance.
