JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process: Charles: I was released on Bond and had a court date. On
my court/trial date a video was used to show
cause and I was given a urine test that I also
failed. I was then sebtenced to 18 months with
all but 12 months suspended. The judge was very
stern and bought up some past situation s I was
involved in. Lynne: The pre - sentencing process wasn't bad it was nerve wracking

in jail for a long time.Trying to make sure you have money
saved up to buy what you need just incase

court lawyer and he was not that good. But then
again, alot of the evidence was against me and
