Interview with Rob
JM: How many different blocks were there?
Rob: I would say probably 60, not sure.
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Rob: It sort of went by what floor the block was on.
JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Rob: I know the girls were on the 2nd floor otherwise
they just throw
whover they want in whatever blocks they want. I
didn't see a
particular order of placement within the floors.
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Rob: One of the advantages to staying in the blocks is
that you only
have at the most 11 other guys to share the room
and shower
with as opposed to the annex where you're rooming
with 80
people sharing four showers and one toilet.
Facilities are
cleaner in the blocks.
