Good Behavior
Interview with Danny
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Danny: Yes, I received 5 days for good behavior, and
served a total of 25 days.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Danny: To be honest, I have no clue what the most time off
you can receive, but I am assuming it is 5 days for
every 30 days you serve.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Danny: You need to avoid getting into altercations with
inmates and corrections officers to get good time
off. I never witnessed somebody lose their good
time. In fact, one of my cellmates got caught with
alcohol (AKA Hooch) and cigarettes and he still got
his good time!
