Interview with Danny
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Danny: My sentencing was for 30 days and 8 months of
probation. I served 25 days and received 5 days
for good behavior.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Danny: No, I did not spend time in a holding cell after
sentencing. I was allowed to voluntarily revoke
my bond and "check-in" to the jail the Friday
following sentencing. Sentencing was on a Monday,
and I was allowed to leave and go home for a few
days to make arrangements for my impending
incarceration.
