JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Todd: I didn't really have any pre-sentencing.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Todd: I was stupid and got into a fight. That was it.
Got arrested right on the spot.
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Todd: I really didn't think much of it. I knew what I
did was stupid and I had to pay for that. Wasn't
much else about it.
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Todd: Aggravated assualt.
