Interview with Andrew and Jeremy
JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Andrew: Yes. If you needed it you could see a doctor but
a lot of the times your problem would pass by the
time you got to see them.
Jeremy: Yes, I had to take INH, Rifampin and B6 for
Tuberculosis for quite a while, and it was always
on time. I got to keep it in my cell, too.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Andrew: They would deliver them on rounds.
Jeremy: At sick call, or it was delivered if you were in
lockdown.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Andrew: Time in lock down but these guys were too smart
to get caught.
Jeremy: Keeplock, or box time, loss of good time or a new
charge in outside court. Drugs are bad, mmmkay?
