JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Neal: NO, THEY KEPT IT AT THE NURSES STATION
JM: How did you get your medications?
Neal: A NURSE BRINGS THEM IN THE MORNINGS, AND AT
EVENING AND BEFORE BEDTIME.SOMETIMES THEY BRING
PILLS IF YOU HAVE A HEADACHE.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Neal: NO I HAVENT WITNESS ANY OF THIS, BUT I HEARD
THAT SOME INMATES IN THE OTHER CELL BLOCKS WERE
CAUGHT WITH DRUGS WHILE HAVING A SHAKEDOWN, AND
THEY WERE CHARGE FOR HAVING DRUGS AND THEIR BOND
WAS RAISED.
