Interview with Craig

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Craig: Probation pre-trial uraine test,and a curfew.. It wasnt that big deal.. The hardest part of pre trial is the not knowing whats going to happen and when its going to happen.. You reach a point you rather just get it over. especially since i lived like 45 mins away from the city i had travel down here all the time

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Craig: Federal Sting operation.. There was a package deliveried and it was signed for. The day i was arrested was the day after they showed our case on the news and the sheiffs were at my house the very next morning to do the processing and i had to start pre trail..

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Craig: The court was cold and didnt seem like anyone was interested, like the whole thing was a waste of everyone time.. just send him away so i can go to lunch feeliings. The sheriffs are all around the court room its a little scary. They dont let allot ppl in once the trail start.

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Craig: Conspiracy to distribute 2 kilos of cocaine.
