Meals

Interview with Tony

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Tony: 3. I was a trustee who helped cook and serve meals.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Tony: when it is made I would put it up there with any buffet style restuarant, but after sitting in a plastic plate for sometimes hours, It is not very good. Grady county has a very good food preparatin program, but a poor delivery service.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Tony: In my opinion breakfast was the best.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Tony: you have what they called commisary, where you filled out what you wanted from a list and next week you would get it if you had enough money on your account,
