Inmates

Interview with Kurt

JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Please give examples to explain why you did or didn't.
Kurt: I did not find it difficult to get along with other inmates because it is a small county and everyone knows each other. If you didn't cause trouble on the outside you're fine on the inside.

JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates?
Kurt: To avoid problems or fights with other inmates you just have to keep it respectful. Don't start any shit and there wont be any shit. Its a lot easier to avoid problems and fights when you are in a place where you know every one and you all went to school and grew up togerher.

JM: Were you able to choose an inmate as your cellmate if you knew one? How often would your cellmate(s) change?
Kurt: You did not gwt to choose your cell mate. I never had a different cell mate while I was in there. I had the same cell mare the whole time.
