JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Mario: Yes, medication is available to inmates.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Mario: I did not take any medications while in Payne
County, so I don not have any experience with the
medication system.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Mario: I was never a witness to anyone abusing drugs, or
more likely nobody getting caught for using drugs
in the jail.
