Interview with Mario
JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Mario: Visitation was from 8:30 to 11:00 am on
Wednesdays, and your visitors had to be signed in
by 10:30.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Mario: The check in process for visitors was pretty
easy. You had to show a current photo ID and give
them your full current address to visit, that's
about all.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Mario: The visits are only ten minutes long, and you can
have up to three visitors at one time. All
visitors visit at the same time. The visits are
non-contact and you have to stay sitting during
the visit. They have what they call
visiting "stations" where you visit. It's overall
a decent experience, even if it's only 10 minutes.
