Interview with Rachel
JM: How many different blocks were there?
Rachel: I really don't know. it was a big jail.
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Rachel: I don't recall any names of any blocks. sorry I was
just in a large dorm is how I recall it.
JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Rachel: Maybe violent in one, medical, in another, non
violent in another, people who were in trouble in
another, people who might hurt them selves and or hu
rt others inmates.
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Rachel: when going outside people would be looking at you go
by and some would say things to you but I just
ignored everything and did what I was to do and
blended in the best I could. The only other time
besides rec I went out of the dorm was to use the
phone and never had any problems.
