JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Lance: no I did not was not allowed to take
anything
JM: How did you get your medications?
Lance: I had to wait til I got out and home
before I could take what I needed so I
couldn't take anything
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Lance: longer sentance more charges and no I
never witnessed it at all so I don't
know what all would happend
