Interview with Micah and Kenneth
JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Micah: No. If you had a headache or toothache you had
to put in an I60 to the nurse and about 3 days
later they would bring you a tylenol.
Kenneth: Only for people that had to have it everyday if you
just needed something for a headache it would take
them forever to bring it to you
JM: How did you get your medications?
Micah: The nurse rolled around a cart and brought them
to the gate 2 or 3 times a day.
Kenneth: I never really needed any medication when i was
there because they charge you for everything so i
didn't use there medications
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Micah: I never experianced that.
Kenneth: I never witnessed anybody get cought for drugs but
there was drugs in there and they did shake downs
if they smell drugs but they never found anything
