JM: How many different blocks were there? Dave: There were dorms. At least twenty with around 24
to 28 guys in each dorm. Julian: Dorms- not cells. Unsure how many- just a lot.
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they? Dave: They had a 7 side and a 8 side.
JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks? Dave: Yeah, guys with misdemeanors were on the seven
side and guys with felonies or a person known to
get into trouble was on the 8 side Julian: Felonies and misdemeanours separated.
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks? Dave: Nicest part was getting commissary and hanging
out with friends on the inside.
The worst was having to deal with everything and
having to deal and not being able to see your
family. Just the emotional stress.
Julian: All fo it is bad. You don't want to be there
