Good Behavior
Interview with Mario and Tanya
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Mario: I was given credit for the days i spent in
jail.I did not have an option for early release.
Tanya: No
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Mario: I recived credit for 80 days..and did not get
into any trouble..
Tanya: 2 for 1 if you're a trustee or work release.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Mario: The cell i was in did not get time off. we were
given credit for time served.I seen guys get
into fights and go to the hole for 30 days,
before they were returned. I stayed out of
trouble. and avoided trouble..
Tanya: Being a model prisoner is how you get noticed for
special privileges. You would avoid confrontation
with inmates or the corrections officer. Have
your bed area & uniform in mandate. Follow all
the posted pod rules. I saw several inmates go to
solitary for a variety of violations.
