Interview with Ray, Oscar and Marshall

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Ray: After I was sentenced I was transferred to a state prison. Good time was calculated with county time included.
Oscar: No I am out on special parole after serving all of my sentence
Marshall: no i didnt get off on good behavior i got off on probation

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Ray: Generally is 5 days per month. With a 7 day job you can get another day per month or attending school can aslo get you time off.
Oscar: 5 days a month per statute
Marshall: im not really sure i think it depends on what state your in

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Ray: Stay out of trouble and try to be productive. Some didn't control themselves, were involved in a fight and lost the ability to earn the days off for that month.
Oscar: some people lost time for there good conduct but I was not compliant and complacent enough to be able to earn any Risk Reduction Earned Credits (RREC)
Marshall: you need to avoid fights, arguing , and basicly being a bad person in society you have to be on a straightened arrow, No i didnt
