Elizabeth: Yes we came out a certain time to use the phone
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Elizabeth: They probably would spend like 60 to70 dollars a week for
these phone calls, sometimes it depends on what jail you are
in because they charge different prices
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Elizabeth: No you don't need to buy phone cards, they have this new
service called secures and you prepay for your account
