Interview with Viktor, Veronica and Paula
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Viktor: No.
Veronica: No they don't do that. But it looks better on you
with the guards.
Paula: In the county jail. You didn't have it like that.
you did day for day there.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Viktor: I don't think you can receive any time off in
County Jail, only in the Penitentiary.
Veronica: Only if you go to prison. They you can earn up to
20 percent good time.
Paula: They didn't have that available for us.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Viktor: N/A
Veronica: No. they don't lose time in the county for
anything but if you go to court it looks better
if they say you was a good inmate.
Paula: they don't have that implemented in the county
jail. But if you do stupid things like fight or
something. they would give you a new charge.
Battery or something.
