JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Sam: I was not on medication at that time.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Sam: I did not get any medications in the jail because I was not on
medication while being an inmate at the jail.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Sam: I never seen any drugs, alcohol, or cigarettes sold, used, or made at
the jail. I am unaware of what the punishment was.
