JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Austin: Yes. They made medicine rounds before every meal.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Austin: There would be an hour lock down before the meals
and then they would call you down to come get
your medicine and you'd get it that way.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Austin: Lock up in solitary for a few days.
