JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Tom: That wasn't available for me because I was
basically doing dead time waiting to go to trial.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Tom: Two thirds of time so if you're sentenced to one
year to you eight months.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Tom: Pretty much you stay away from all the race
conflicts and try not to offend any of the guards
or even try to be friends of them. Even something
as minor as not picking up a juice cup can get you
into trouble.
