Medications

Interview with Diana

JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Diana: No. Necessary medications were not always accessible.

JM: How did you get your medications?
Diana: A med tech would go to the cells or call names and distribute the medication to those who had been seen by the doctor.

JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Diana: If drugs were abused or brought into the facility the offender would have to go into segregation for 28 days and would also incur additional charges. I did witness that occurring on multiple occasions.
