Good Behavior
Interview with Anita
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Anita: good behavior is given to everyone at a rate. of
2 days credit per day served, unless you act
bad enough to have that privelege revoked,
which i didnt.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Anita: 50% of your. sentence reduced.. i.e. 2for 1
policy
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Anita: never witnessed actual good time being taken
away, but it was threatened. to everyone at one
point or another. they have. a handbook that is
issued to be everyone upon booking. that lists
major and minor. infractions. that can lad to
removal of good time. using common sense is
the best rule of thumb. to avoid infracting... lol
is that a word?
