Interview with Carlos
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Carlos: Three meals per day,.
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Carlos: I would rate the food on a scale from edible to
filling and hot, laredo would get a medium
portion and warmth.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Carlos: I really enjoyed the turkey salad, it was
filling and well you cant go wrong when
something is allready meant to be cold.
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Carlos: As always as in any other jail there is
commissary, unfortunately I did not get to
experience the joy of ordering from them as I
had a cheap bail and was out soon.
