Visitor Policy

Interview with Earl

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Earl: If I remember correctly you could have visitors twice a month. One of the visits was on Wednesday and the other was on a Sunday.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Earl: No, it was pretty simple for them all they had to do was show there I.D.. You had to fill out a visitation form with there name, age, and S.S.N. on it, then they would run it a make sure they had no felony convictions.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Earl: I would have to say that it was similar to most any jail visitation rooms. There was two separate rooms. Each room had the separated areas where you had a phone and a stool to sit on. It was the same way on the visitors side. If you where on trustee or work release you got contact visits.
