Interview with Ed
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Ed: Yes my sentence was 9 months but I served 6
months.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Ed: I cant remember but I think it was two-thirds of
your sentence.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Ed: I think only if its serious or results in another
charge. I don't remember anyone losing all their
good time. I did see people get sent back to FCC
from the halfway house but I don't think they
lost good time.
