Meals

Interview with Ed

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Ed: You got there meals a day.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Ed: The food was decent when I was there. It wasn't a gourmet meal but its jail, so what do you expect. I worked in the kitchen for a week and it was ok. I think cheeseburgers was the most anticipated meal of the week if I remember correctly. The halfway house food was probably worst than FCC.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Ed: Cheeseburgers was the meal of the week. I don't remember much else about the food at FCC but the halfway house food wasn't to great.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Ed: Yes there were a lot of snacks in commissary, candy, chips, ramen or cuo-of-soup, and other snacks. I cant remember if it was expensive or not. There was a snack machine at the halfway house and you could also order delivery from resteraunts.
