Interview with Rose

JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Rose: no pre sentence process kept posting bond never failed to appear, [court documentsshow other wise after the fact. posted 1500.00 cash bond. then 40.000.00 bond. then they wanted 90.000.00 cash bond of course couldn't make that already had three leans on my home, forced to sign a plea. or stay in jail until trial who knowws how long that could take

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Rose: no i was helping a young person going to trial on sales charges, the police found out i was the one helping her so they made a bogus lisence suspention and a bogus warrent did an illeagle search and seizre and impounded my car found a baggie in the back of my van said they found it in my purse all untrue

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Rose: court gave me a private attorny that just wanted me to sign a plea, i wasnt guilty of any wrong doing they offered my an offer in comprimise [to turn states evidence on someone any one] wich i refused, I continued to request to go to trial, the prosecuter requestede that i be supervisised by pre trial services, the judge said no but the lawyer didnt get the transcripts of that day and they just kept on making up reasons to put me in jail every time i found a way to bond out they would just make the bond higer so i couldnt get out unless i signed a plea. after being in jail i signed a plea lost my job almost lost my home lost my car and my dignity

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Rose: possesion an harrassment two counts
