JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Richard: yeah with free calling to bail bonds one phone
in each block and two in apod
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Richard: i dont remember the prices for the telephones
but you could call some cell phones collect and
i remember it being very expiencive
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Richard: you didnt have to but you could some people had
to to call certian cell phones
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Richard: it says they do but idk if they actually do it
