Interview with Rick

JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Rick: Yes, but I was only taking Medimucil.

JM: How did you get your medications?
Rick: I had to go through a long process of seeing the doctor and telling him what I needed then you wait to see if they are going to give it to you. For people on pain meds they would give you a ziplock bag of meds that was supposed to hold you over for a week or so. Instead they would sell those and gobble up handfuls to get high.

JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Rick: Mostly you just got extra work time in the kitchen. They only really punished you if you were caught slinging.
