Interview with Raymond

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Raymond: 4 yards in perfect square divided into housing units. Two were cells and two were dorms.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Raymond: They were numerical.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Raymond: The only seperate kind of house was adminstrative segratation which was one building in the whole institution. There was another small building that had AC which was for medical patients.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Raymond: Nicest was that Solano is nestled right up next to a hill so you have a little something to look at. The worst is that the yards are pretty small. Not a lot of space to roam around.
