JM: How many different blocks were there? Hugh: Six blocks.
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they? Hugh: A 1-4, B 1-4, C 1-4, D 1-4, E 1-4
JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks? Hugh: Sex offenders have their own block (D-2). Gang
related have their own (E-4). Felons aren't
supposed to be with misdemeanors but they do put
them together. Federal inmates are housed
differently (HE block).
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks? Hugh: The nicest block is E-3, first time offenders go
there. The people that go there are kind of
scared and don't want to mess with nobody.
