Hillary: Okay.
Leslie: Everything is pure starch. the meat is referred as mystery meat I couldn't tell you what it is I will say the was meat a veg pot or rice and cake or cookie sometimes they would serve a bag lunch which would have bread with bologna or peanut butter and an orange

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Hillary: Although it was cooked on site, it was poorly seasoned. I know I hated the meatloaf. I can't think of any favorites.
Leslie: comfort foods like hotdogs or spaghetti everyone loved spaghetti and the sweets were always good least favorite was when I didn't know what it was I was eating

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Hillary: Commissary
Leslie: no other snacks outside of meals. Commissary is surprisingly very reasonable if you had any money left after the twenty dollar booking fee and two dollar a day subsistence fee and any Tylenol you asked for
