Interview with Hillary and Leslie
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Hillary: I had 30 days more for violence of probation,
125 hours community service, 6 months
probation. I also had to pay back for the
merchandise that was taken. I spent about a
month in Santa Rosa.
Leslie: 1yr community control followed by 2 yrs proation
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Hillary: Yes, I spent 2.5 hours or so in the holding
tank. It was freezing ass cold, I can tell you
that. It was just a room full of benches
basically. There were two other girls in there
with me. One of them seemed really grungy.
Leslie: I was not held in a holding cell after sentencing
because I was out on bond and was sentenced to
probation I had to report with in 24 hours to the
prob office
