JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Lance: Yeah, I mean you can put in a medical request.
Its a nonnarcotic jail though.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Lance: They brought the medcart around every night
around 5 or 6.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Lance: You'll get another charge like if you were
caught on the street. YOu will go to
isolation.
