JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail?
Jessica: GGet out of it anyway that you can because Logan County Jail is horrible. They don't care about anything except their paycheck. They don't care that you get to shower 2 times a week in cold water, they don't care that you have to use the restroom in front of 2-10 people, they don't care that you get hungry because they only give you 3 horrible meals a day and if you don't eat that, it is your fault. They don't care that the heat don't work when it is -12 outside and you have ice on your windows inside. They don't care that your 4 year old child wants a hug from their mommy or that they want to see you longer than 1/2 hour a week. They don't care about anything because at the end of their shift they get to go home to a warm home, a home-cooked different meal and their family.

JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them?
Jessica: Read the above message. I would recommend getting out of whatever trouble you are in anyway that you can.
