Interview with Greg

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Greg: I am not sure I think 12 upstairs for men womens side I have no idea downstairs I seen 2 there was more though cause when the man hung himself I couldn't see where it was.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Greg: Upstairs was a,b,c,d,e,f north and f south.not sure about womens side Downstairs was trustee block and what was called the thunderdome.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Greg: Not really sure upon entering the guard will ask if you think your tough are not I said I was once and was put in F south a 2 story cell blocks with 1 day room (horrible experience)The thunderdome houses all the young gangsters and From what I saw was worse than F south trustee block was easy going weekenders would come and stay their.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Greg: Are you kidding there is nothing nice abought being locked up and not being able to see the sun breath outside air.there was no exercise no outside for most I considered myself lucky I could leave monday-friday during work hours.I was able to smuggle tobacco in until two brothers snitched .
