JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Tom: 3
Jackie: 3 meals a day.
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Tom: Very Poor and always cold
Jackie: Back then, if parents had fed their children the
food we received, DCS would have intervened.
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Tom: NO
Jackie: Hot Chocolate and donuts from the commissary./
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Tom: No
