Interview with George

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
George: I was given 3 meals a day

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
George: I would rate the food back then as excellent. The officers oversaw everything so the food was very good. Syeak and eggs were available. The facility actually had food choices that you could pick what you wanted at that time. they actually cared about serving healthy and different choices on the menu

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
George: They were al my favorite. I am not picky about what I eat but as i said they offered almost anything

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
George: outside of the main meals they had all kinds of snacks available to everyone with money..If you had money put into your account you had whatever you wanted. It was resonable prices. Candy bars were the cheapest
