Interview with Chuck and Blake
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Chuck: No, I wasn't serving a sentence.
Blake: No, you have to be sentenced or convicted to
receive good
days.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Chuck: I don't know.
Blake: I believe its 1 day for every 5 or 7 days.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Chuck: No fighting, stay out of trouble.
Blake: You will lose good time for a variety of
infractions such as
fighting, drug possession, having contraband
or it could be
taken away by a judge, I have never seen
anyone lose theirs
time off for good behavior.
