Interview with Lillie

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Lillie: I really do not know.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Lillie: All we ever called the dorms was A,B,C, and D

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Lillie: the more violent inmates got housed separate from the nonviolent inmates. And the trustees were housed separate from the general population. I do agree with it being handled that way

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Lillie: I remember that in the normal block, it was not nice at all. There was no curtain or anything on the shower, and in the trustee dorm there wasn't even a door or anything for the bathroom. Other than the lack of privacy with showers and bathrooms, it wasn't told horrible.
